Viewing Others Appt Details
 

For some people on my calendar I can roll my mouse over their appointments
and view the meeting details, for others I can't... Is there an option I can
set on my end to view the meeting details for everyone or is that some
privacy setting on their end?

It's a permissions setting at their end. You have a higher level of
permission on the ones that you can see when you roll over with the mouse.
