How do I sychronize my Outlook 2003 calendar at work to my Outlook calendar

You mean I have to purchase a 3rd party software? I work for a huge
corporation and they don't allow adding software.

You can certainly manually sync by copying the PST. That was covered in the
very first section labeled "Built-in methods" on that web page.
