Quick question: when I create a new appointment, the Start Time/End Time
displays times in 30 minute intervals. Is it possible to change this to 15 minute intervals? Thanks! |

easy - but not obvious!
In the calendar there's a grey area that show what time of day it is. It goes down the screen between the calendar and your folder list. Right click it and set the span to 15 min intervals. -- Judy Gleeson Acorn Training www.acorntraining.com.au "Ron Dwyer" wrote: Quick question: when I create a new appointment, the Start Time/End Time displays times in 30 minute intervals. Really close!
If click on the view pane, then create a new appointment, it will default the length of the appointment to 15 minutes. Consider this scenario: I click on the New Appointment button, without really paying attention to the time slot that I have selected in the view pane. It shouldn't be an issue - I can just adjust when the appointment occurs using the Start Time/End Time dropdowns - EXCEPT for the fact that the time intervals in the drop downs are 30 minutes. Clear as mud? To put it another way: try creating a meeting that has a duration of an hour and 15 minutes, using only the drop downs. Thanks! Ron "Judy Gleeson" wrote: easy - but not obvious!
