Default To Set "Check for New email" every Two hours and not sooner

Hi,
Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to change the time interval of checking
for new mail. I looked at some options in Send/Recieve groups but didnt
seem to be the one I was looking for.

I want to be able to control the time interval Outlook uses to check
for new email.

Thank You
