Default Resource problem

Hello,
I am connected to exchange server through RPC over HTTP. When I deal with
resource to create meeting request. I get this pop-up below eventhough I seem
to be connected to server.
pop-up:
Outlook must be connected to a server in order to book a resource for a
metting. You should save the meeting request and send it when you connect to
the server
