I am sharing a Calendar with a co-worker who is in another time zone. When
they add an appt to the calendar it automatically extends it for 1 day and adds the icon of a clock to the appt. How do we get the default start end end day to be the same? why does it automatically add a day and the clock icon? example...Training May 1-4 and it blocks off May 1-5 and adds the clock icon. Thanks Jeannette |

I'm still having problems with this. Any ideas on how to fix it permanently?
Thanks Jeannette |
