Setting up a special reoccuring appointment
I am working at a healthcare facility with a physician that wants to set up
an appointment to repeat on a daily basis for the entire year. In the Subject of the appointment, he wants it to say "90 Day Global Ends __". On January 1st it should say "90 Day Global Ends 4/1". On January 2nd it should say "90 Day Global Ends 4/2" January 3rd - 4/3, etc. I have set up the reoccuring appointment but wondered if there was any way for Outlook to automatically change the 4/1 to 4/2, etc., so that he does not have to type it in each day. I realize it is probably not possible, but thought I would try. |
