Microsoft Outlook email - Calendar View

I have a user that isn;t able to link over from her Outlook 2003 E-mail
account into a vacation calandar and training calendar made on our Sharepoing
Site. I will error out says i dont have those privledges. Can anyone explain
what is going on here?

After furious head scratching, LMI asked:
