How do I copy a monthly Outlook calendar to a file?

I need to get a copy of my Outlook calendar sent to someone. What is 'Print
to File'? How do I do that?
Using MS Outlook 2003, Internet Explorer 6.0

Thanks.

Is the other person using Outlook or do you just want them to be able to
view your calendar in Word or a browser? Have you tried saving it as a web
page?

You might want to take a look at some free Word templates that use your
Outlook calendar data to create a calendar in Word, which you can then send
via e-mail. I personally use "My Outlook Calendar" and am very pleased with
it. Links to these templates can be found he

The other person will probably use Word to open the document. Don't know how
to save as a web page.
Thanks.
