Is the other person using Outlook or do you just want them to be able to
view your calendar in Word or a browser? Have you tried saving it as a web page? "RAYW" wrote in message ... I need to get a copy of my Outlook calendar sent to someone. What is to File'? How do I do that? Using MS Outlook 2003, Internet Explorer 6.0 |

You might want to take a look at some free Word templates that use your
Outlook calendar data to create a calendar in Word, which you can then send via e-mail. I personally use "My Outlook Calendar" and am very pleased with it.
