Microsoft Outlook email - moving entries from PST to Exchange mailbox

We recently installed Exchange on our server for calendar and resource
sharing. One of the users has almost a years worth of entries in her PST
calendar. Is there a way of moving these to her exchange calendar without
moving them one at a time (ugh)?
