How can I create an office Calander that we can all see and add things to,
without having to e-mail it to eachother. This calander needs to be on all
the computers in the office not just one.

Use an Exchange public folder Calendar.

or just teach them how to use the Group Schedules button.

We are both assuming that you have a current version of Outlook and use
Exchange. You forgot to post those basic details with your question :(
