calander on Outlook
How can I create an office Calander that we can all see and add things to,
without having to e-mail it to eachother. This calander needs to be on all the computers in the office not just one. |

or just teach them how to use the Group Schedules button.
We are both assuming that you have a current version of Outlook and use Exchange. You forgot to post those basic details with your question :( I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
