Public Calender - meeting conflicts
 

I have Public calender for conference booking. Unfortunately people are able
to book room for same time causing issues.
Is there any way to disallow second booking in case room is already booked
by someone.
Help appreciated.

Hi Robert,

i think this will be only possible with a groupcalendar or a rescource
planing add-in for Outlook/Exchange.

Outlook 2007 can "overlay" different calendars, but not protect your
calendar for making an entry in the same time.
