Recurring appointment schedule first Wed after second Tue
 

Take, for example, the Security Bulletin Conference Calls. They are held the
day after security bulletins are announced. Security bulletins are announced
the second Tuesday of the month. It's easy to create a recurring appointment
for the second Tuesday of the month. The recurring appoiintment for the
Security Bulletin Conference Calls is a little harder. Its not the second
Wednesday of the month if, for example, the month begins on a Wednesday. The
recurring appointment should be "first Wednesday after second Tuesday."
