Hello to all,
Two questions really:- 1) Can shared calendars be viewed remotely through OWA? 2) I'm finding that when setting up shared calendars for numerous users, that I have to go around each PC in Outlook 2003 and setup the appropriate permissions. This can be pain staking for numerous staff. Is there a way of doing this for multiple users or so that staff can set it up themselves? Many kind regards, Jeff |

1) I don't think so
2) a.Create a distribution group for these users and add them to it. (If you already have a distribution group for them you're halfway there) b. Go into sharing for your calendar and add the group to your permissions list. Anyone in that group should be able to view it now. (note: you won't be able to add the group in outlook 2007 for some reason) |

However, ask in microsoft.public.exchange.clients to be sure, since OWA is a part of Exchange. 2) I'm finding that when setting up shared calendars for numerous users, that I have to go around each PC in Outlook 2003 and setup the appropriate permissions.
