When creating an extended period event in Outlook 2007 Calendar that
traverses many weeks, the event on the monthly printout extends off the page in the row for the first week of the event rather than continuing on in the subsequent weeks. It is very easy to reproduce: - Open 2007 calendar - Double-click June 1 - Give it a name like Test Event in the Subject field - Keep the Start time: as Fri 6/1/2007 - Change End time: to Tue 7/31/2007 - Click Save & Close - Test Event is shown for the next several weeks inside the client however, - Click File, Print Preview and you'll see the event begin on June 1 and run off the page Any input would be appreciated. Thanks. Wayne |
