We are considering switching over from Palm to Outlook. I was successful in
syncing my Palm calendar to Outlook 2007, however I do have a problem. All
the imported events are followed by a semi colon (;) and then my company name
sales. For example: "George's Birthday; Microsoft Sales". If I create a new
event in Outlook, there is no issue. Where is this coming from and how can I
get rid of it? I have events scheduled up to 10 years from now.

it's probably from the palm - what sync software do you use?

Thank you for your reply.
No, it was not a problem from the Palm. I am using Palm's new sync for
Outlook 2007. Here is how I solved the problem:
My default email account in outlook was: "sales@????" and the name on that
email account was "????? sales". This is where the calendar was getting that
name. I changed the user name on the email account to be my name and I synced
the palm again (forcing handheld to overwrite desktop.) This fixed the
problem.
