Default Meeting requests and calender

In Outlook Calender, When a colleague of mine is organizing an
appointment/meeting others are getting the notification of the
appoinment/meeting and are able to accept and respond. Where as I am one of
receipants and i am not able to accept or respond to that notification in
outlook. It says the meeting is not in the calender ; It may have been moved
or deleted.

Also I am unable create the meeting requests.

Kindly sugget the things to work around coz its happening only with me.

Thanx in advance.
