Microsoft Outlook email - I get Outlook Error 80141003 on an appointment when I ActiveSync.

I get Outlook Error 80141003 on an appointment when I ActiveSync.

I have a recurring sync error in ActiveSync. I says it cannot sync an
appointment which I previously deleted from Outlook on my PC (I can't see it
now). It says error 80141003. How can I find and remove this "ghost"
appointment on my PC? Not critical, but annoying. I'm using Outlook 2003
SP1 and ActiveSync 3.7.1 Build 4034. I'm syncing from a Dell with an Intel
Pentium and a HP iPAQ PDA.

Have you tried using the Inbox Repair Tool on your PST (if you're using a
PST and not an Exchange mailbox as your delivery location)?
