How to schedule a follow on meeting?
Instead of duplicating the work of scheduling a follow on meeting request
(ie. inputing attendee list, titling meeting, etc) it would be nice if I could just copy the meeting (or at least the list of atendees) from the original meeting and then make any necessary changes in the creation of a new (follow on) meeting. Does Outlook have an easy way to create a meeting request from an existing meeting request? |

Yes, drag and drop. Right click and drag the original meeting to the
proposed date for the follow-up meeting in the Date Navigator. Open it there and edit what is required. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
