Where is Franklin Covey Monticello Classic appt schedule format?

Perhaps I could custom modify MS Outlook's appointment calendar format to
resemble a Franklin Covey Monticello Classic appointment schedule format?
Perhaps I could custom create a similar Franklin Covey Monticello Classic
appointment schedule format using MS InfoPath?

Outlook print styles already include a Franklin Covey classic style. Is there something special about the Monticello?
