Is there a way to set the Outlook 2007 to have the start/end date the same?
Instead of showing a calendar item of 2:00 - 4:00, I want the calendar to just reflect the start time. To do this, I have to tell it to start and end at the same time each time. I know you can default it to certain increments but not to zero. Also, how do you default it to not give a reminder instead of having to change the option each time. -- Deneen |

If you do not need to indicate the duration and just need to set up a
reminder, I would highly recommend you to try Cute Reminder. The app has a self explanatory name ... and is really very slim. http://www.CuteReminder.com/free/ -- Mike On Jun 8, 5:42 pm, denhar wrote: Is there a way to set the Outlook 2007 to have the start/end date the same? of having to change the option each time. In tools, options, preferences - remove the tick beside "Default reminder" |

sorry if I explained it wrong, it isn't the reminder, I turned it off at the
beginning. The same start/end time when I am setting up calendar entry is what I am trying to accomplish. You can set up a default that when you set up an appointment at 2 pm - it will automatically know to set your appointment for 20 minutes. I want it to set up a default of the start and end times being the same. -- Deneen "Graham Anderson" wrote: Also, how do you default it to not give a reminder instead of having to change the option each time.
