Default Appointments

When ever someone send me a meeting request it goes to my supervisor
acceptances or approval. What should I change so that meeting requests comes
to me instead of him.

Default Appointments

uncheck the box where you have made your boss a delegate to your calendar.
Tools | Options | delegates (I think)
