We want to start using the Outlook calendar to book doctor appintments in our
office. However, we have two docs and they overlap an hour from 12:00 to 1:00. Is there a way to have their appointments both at 12:00 and know which patient is for which doc.? Appointments are booked at 15 min. intervals. Basically, have two 12:00 - 1:00 areas on the page. We use Outlook 2003. |
