Calendar Printing Assistant

I downloaded and installed the calendar printing assistant for outlook 2007.
I have my outlook open to a view that filters appointments so that only some
catagories show. When I open the assistant all catagories are showing in the
calendar. How can I filter the categories in the Calendar Printing Assistant?
