Need to send meeting request for 9 meetings not 2 or 3 weeks apart
 

I have to send out a meeting request to 5 people for 9 different meetings
through June. They are recurring meetings. Some are twice a month, others 3
times a month, and yet others are only once a month. How can I send the
meeting request out only once with the information and dates? Thank you.

You can't. You will need to create a meeting invitation for each recurrence
type. Otherwise, you could use a third party application, WS Repeat
Appointment. They have a 30 trial for you to see if it works for you.

This sounds like a deficiency in outlook, can you fix it please?

No, I can't fix my own plumbing. Why would you think I could fix a program
that I did not program, have no interest in programming, and don't care to
fix since it is not broken for me???
