Default Unable to directly book a resource for this meeting.

I have a customer that is trying to book a meeting. They add a specific
Resource and get the following error: "The operation failed. An object
could not be found. Unable to directly book a resource for this meeting."
Other Resources work fine. I have verified that the Default permission is
Author on the Resource's Calendar. Any other ideas?
