Default Outlook Calendar

My calendar has a start date of 28 January 2005 and a finish date of 4 March
2007.
Does anyone know of a way to alter this calendar range.

Default Outlook Calendar

The finish date is easy. It can be altered in the "recurrance" tab under
finish date.
