Environment: Outlook 2003/Exchange 2000
I have a User who is consistently upset about the following: - He is booked in a meeting/ but others see him as free. Starnge that it is only for some meetings. Action taken: /cleanfreebusy, new profiles, moved mailboxes, etc. no relief. - when he opens a previously booked meeting, he gets prompted send meeting update. if he says Yes, error message shows up as Resource alreay booked. The only way out is Close (or hit the X) - related to above, when does a meeting get the 'Send Update' tab, and the 'Tracking' tab?. two meetings on the same day and one has the tabs, the other (refered above with eror message) does not?. I have searched this site for ideas, but have not come with specific answers? Any HELP would be appreciated. -- Amin M. |
