How do I stop Outlook from deleting all my past Calendar entries
Outlook 2003 is automatically deleting all of my entries in "Calendar" that
are older than 2 month old. I want to keep them for as far back as a year to refer back to them. I can't seem to find any setting in the program to turn off or change the time duration of this feature. If anyone knows how, I would surely appreciate your help in telling me how. Thanks... |

No need to post more than once. Examine your autoarchive settings for that folder. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

I tried modifying the autoarchive settings: ToolsOptionsOtherAutoarchive, but these settings seem only to apply to mailbox entries and not Calendar. Am I mistaken? |

If autoarchive is enabled there, then right-click your Calendar folder, choose Properties, and select the AutoArchive tab. Turn off autoarchiving for the Calendar there. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
