how do i show each instance of a recurring meeting in table view
I'm trying to customize my calendar in a table view format and want to see
all my appointments listed out, including each instance of recurring appointments. for example, i have a 12 pm meeting every weekday, and it's only listed once (thursday) in the table view instead of listed for thursday, friday, monday, tuesday, etc. |

In table views you see it only once as it is only a single Item. In a
traditional Calendar view you'll see it on each occurence. That's just the way it is. how do i show each instance of a recurring meeting in table vi
When I open Outlook it shows my events for the next 7 days... and includes
reoccuring events in that week, even if the start date of the first occurence is in the past? How is that info generated... If it can be generated for that view... one would think you could create that view using dates other than the next 7? Help please? how do i show each instance of a recurring meeting in table vi
I'm looking at Outlook Today... and when I select the the "customize outlook
today", under Calendar, there is a selection for the number of days to be viewed... I can choose 7 days... but no more. How is that done? or does a more recent version of Outlook allow you to see all instances of a recurring appointment... You should be able to view each occurance in the Table view... because each instance can be changed independent of the others... Please let me know if there are any ways to see this info. Thanks "Brian Tillman" wrote: Andi wrote: When I open Outlook it shows my events for the next 7 days... and includes reoccuring events in that week, even if the start date of the first occurence is in the past? How is that done? You need to edit the registry. See this: http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/oltoday.htm . Change the value of CalDays to be what you want, although a value more than about 48 won't add any additional functionality. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
