I can't see the older appointments at all in the day/week/month view--just
the new one I created yesterday, although the [257] bracket thing is there. I can see all of them under the table view, but the start and end dates both say "none" and when I click on them to open an appointment each one always defaults to today's date except for the new one I created yesterday. OK. The first suggestion I have for you is to run the Inbox Repair Tool on
the .PST file to see if it finds any errors. Close Outlook, then search your drive for a file called scanpst.exe and run it. Allow the program to make a backup of your file before it makes any changes. Post back with your results. -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "Charlotte Hinger" wrote: I can't see the older appointments at all in the day/week/month view--just the new one I created yesterday, although the [257] bracket thing is there. Jocelyn--Nothing is working. You've been great about trying, but I feel like
I'm wasting your time. I think it's in the program and I'm out of re-installs with Office 2003. This all followed a crash and I'm trying to retreive everything on my laptop. I'm getting a new desktop and will install Office 2007 and see if I have better results. If not, I let you know. I did run the in-box repair tool on everything, and it found some errors and corrected them, but it still didn't help. Of course if you have some other ideas, I will try them. I'm going to be out of town, so can't order the new computer until I'm back to receive it. Thank you so very much. Charlotte Hinger "Jocelyn Fiorello [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: OK. My only other idea is to run a Detect and Repair on your Office 2003
installation, but at this point I'm not sure it will help. It's up to you if you want to try it. The command is on the Help menu of all your installed Office 2003 products. Do let us know if you are able to get your calendar items back if you install Outlook 2007.
