Hi!
I have a default calendar (Outlook 2003) and a personal calendar. I don't want to combine the two calendars into one, because I don't want my personal stuff to be displayed on my default (company) calendar. However, I was hoping that there was a way to make the two appear in one calendar, in a superimposed fashion, so I could see how everything stacked up together. I know that I can place the calendars side-by-side in Outlook, but is there a way to get them superimposed temporarily? Thanks! |

Similarly but perhaps slightly different to try and find a possible solution...
Using Outlook 2003 with 2 separate calendars (exchange based and personal). If I cannot 1)superimpose them on my PDA w/ Mobile V6, instead 2)can I keep them separate but simultaneous on the PDA so although I must look at them separately, but have the ability for alarms etc... to be active for both??? (if not, any other suggestions on having 2 separate calendars on Outlook 2003, but both being sycnhronized to the PDA and thus not incorrectly combined back on the PC??) If you use a sync tool other than ActiveSync. Chapura PocketMirror, for example, allows synching multiple calendar. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
