Can repeating meetings on a weekend automatically move to a biz da

I have a meeting that occurs on the 20th of every month, unless that's a
weekend, then it's the Friday before. In Notes there is the option for
weekend & holiday recurrances to either be pushed to the business day before
or after, but I can't see that option in Outlook. Is there a way?

I am on Outlook 2003 (11.8118.8132) SP2.
