Automatically remove canceled meetings
Hello, we are using Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003 and I have set up 4
conference room accounts for automatic booking. Everything works well except for one thing: I have noticed if I cancel a test meeting in which I have booked a conference room, the meeting still shows in that conference room account's calendar as canceled and must be manually removed. The canceled meeting does not prevent users from booking the room for that same time slot, but I am concerned that the presence of the canceled meeting on the calendar may cause confusion. Does anyone know of a way to configure these resource mailboxes so that canceled meeting requests will be automatically deleted? Thanks in advance- |
