I would like to print a week in the daily style, but print only days with
appointments. I want to suppress printing days that have no appointments. |

I don't think you can with Outlook only. I doubt if filtering a view even
will remove days. You could try a Word printing template and see if you can edit out what you don't want. Refer here for one: http://www.office.microsoft.com/down.../olcalndr.aspx Daily style would be the best with days you don't want not printed. If using Outlook 2007 try the Calendar Printing Assistant available as a free download from Office Online. -- Bill R "KarenO" wrote in message ...
