Let me say first, I think this was done the wrong way.
We have a user, Ron, who is the owner of a generic account. The user will make changes to the generic account's calendar using his own account, through his outlook, version 11.8010.6568 SP2. Another user, Lee, who is a reviewer does not see the updates to the calendar. Lee is able to the orignal appointment, but not any updates. Lee's outlook version is 11.8169.8172 SP3. Why can't Lee see the updates? The generic account is set to update its calendar every 15 minutes. We are running Exchange 2003 version 6.5.7638.1. |
