I'm trying to print out a monthly view of an on-call schedule. I recently
updated my Office to 2007, and now I can't get the calendar to print correctly. I have the two people that alternate weeks biweekly and I have the calendar set to recurr the appointments as necessary. But for some reason when I print or print preview the calendar the information does not show up. They are not set to private. The only thing that prints within the calendar is the "bubble" showing the start day and time which starts on Friday at 4 and then the bubble runs off the page past Saturday and doesn't continue in to the next week. It also does not print the name of the person on call. Please tell me how to fix this problem. I really need this schedule to print out. |
