We are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server and Windows Mobile 2003, WM5,
and WM6 devices. We are seeing that when you get a reminder, it pops up on your PC when Outlook is running, and you get the alert on your Windows Mobile PDA Phone as it should. When the alerts are dismissed, it may be several days later when you will get the missed alert reminder on your PC again after logging back into Outlook. This only happens to people who have Windows Mobile based phones; Outlook-only users don't report this. I have tested dismissing the phone first, the PC first, both simultaneously... And it's not for every reminder, but for most of them it seems... Anyone seen this before? Days of searching and I have not seen anyone else reporting this issue... -- Bob Fillmore |
