Default Outlook Connector + Outlook 2003 + ActiveSync

Hello,

Assuming that I subscribe for a Hotmail Plus account, I was wondering if it
would be possible to receive my calendar (as well as contacts and Hotmail
email) through Outlook (using the Outlook Connector) and have all these items
syncing to a Windows Mobile device through ActiveSync?

I've recently been thinking of a way to consolidate all my contacts/calendar
using only the one store and being able to have access to them anywhere,
without having to go to the expense of using Exchange. However, at the same
time I want to be able to use Outlook to manage these items when at my main
machine as well as having the content syncing up with my Windows Mobile
device.

Is this possible? Would there be any limitations to this approach then say
just using Outlook to manage contacts/calendar?

Many thanks!

No, for multiple reasons.

Yes, it may work if done correctly, assuming the plus acct will allow
calendar sync and active sync plays well with the connector. Limitations
include the inability to support more than 1000 contacts and the inability
to use certain recurring ranges with hotmail/live accts.

The connector acct will need to be the default acct in Outlook.

As far as I can tell, Hotmail Plus doesn't allow calendar synching.
Moreover, I didn't think you could designate any Hotmail but a Hotmail
Premium folder set as the delivery location, but I could be wrong. perhaps
I'll try.
