I have outlook 2007 and exchange 2003

I have a board room set as resources

the issue is when I canccle a meeting from that boardroom it shows up
cancled what I want to do is when I cancle a meeting it should delete that
meeting from the board room calader automatically.

The reason it a big deal is due that I have set not to double book and the
company wants keep that way. However it will not allow some to book ove a
cancle meeting.

If you posted this before and got no answer (the exact same question) I certainly understand. The most important part of the situation you left completely out.

How is the resource set up and configured?

I have setup in reource schedule Auto accept meeting request and process
canclelations and automatically decline conflicting meeting requests checked
In permission all users have Publishing aurthor rights



I am part of the IT group which has owner right and even I booking and
cancling schedule will not dlete ...
