set holidays for year 2008
I have Outlook 2003. How do you set up the calendar for all holidays as it
doesn't seem to save them after the year 2007. If this doesn't work is their a way to send one a group message to several users that will automatic input holidays in their calendars by accepting it? |

the auto-input question. With Outlook 2002/2003/2007, you can email the
new HOL file (see link Brian posted for the file) to users, who can just double click on the updated HOL file to bring up the Add Holidays dialog. Or you can use a custom form to send a list of holidays (including company holidays and other important dates) out to users. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/holiday.htm for information on using this method. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Darlene" wrote in message ...
