Outlook - Deleted Calendar Entries

I using MS Office - Outlook 2003

I have been making new calendar appointments in Outlook whenever I
started a dialog with a new potential client or person. These
appointments contain all the contact info, summery of the
conversations and complete history of the discussions and what
transpired. Upon needing to follow up at a future date, I updated the
END TIME for when I need to follow up. When the contact didn't pan
out I deleted the calendar appointments - unfortunately with all the
info that transpired. This is obviously not the correct way,
especially when needing to follow up when the relationship is
revived. I recently started to use Tasks and that seems to be the
correct method (please confirm this point)

HOW do I access the calendar appointments in Outlook that I have been
deleteing for a year? is there a file or a way to undo the X?. Is
there a file of some type that ahs all the deleted info - I have a few
pst files however the would have been updated and the deleted calendar
appointment would have been removed.

Thanks

LBB

unless you have them backed up, they are gone... either tasks or journal
would be good for recording your information.
