Unable to open calendar

I am using Outlook 2002 in Office XP Professional. I have activated all the
products in the package, but my calendar will not open at all. The message
says, "Could not open the item. Try again." I also get a message that says,
"Unable to start processing services." I have tried reinstalling the
package, and I have tried using the repair tool. Nothing has worked. Any help
would be much appreciated.

Create a new mail profile he Control Panel-Mail Icon-Profiles-New. Configure it to use your current .pst file. Do not copy the old profile - it is corrupt.
