sorry i am not sure if this is the correct place toask.
Our business is getting busier and we need to be more organized. Can anyone recommend the best way to keep emails in and out, contact information and notes and calander events together. To explain clearly. www.sungolfer.com is a golf holiday company. emails come in from new and old clients asking for tee times etc. I want to be able to keep track of the emails, the contact information, when i need to call, notes from the call and then if a booking is made the date of payments and when they will be playing golf. I want anyone in the office to be able to find information on a client what emails have gone back and forward, and booking dates on one computer or on all of them. Less duplication of information, less printing for back up, less work and more organized with reminders odf payment due or golf being played. I am not sure if this may need more of a database system. Any thoughts or help would be great. thanks |

With Outlook 2003 and no Exchange server, you are pretty limited with what you can do. See this page for some ideas: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm

Sounds to me like you want a business contact manager, which is somewhat more than plain Outlook. Outlook with BCM might be more capable. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
