Consolidating Calendar Colours in Outlook
I have an Exchange server 2003 with clients running both Outlook 2003 and
Outlook 2007. The calendar categories/colours are different across the office versions. Users are modifying and creating their own categories/colours. Is there a way of consolidating the colours for everybody on the exchange server ? Thanks for any advice Gary D |

There's no way to synchronize category colors without a third-party tool. You might try Category Manager for that, please see the link in my signature for details and the dowload. Anyway, only Outlook 2007 uses category colors. The flag colors in Outlook 2003 are another story; I don't know if there's a tool to synchronize the flags. -- Best regards Michael Bauer - MVP Outlook Use Outlook Categories?
