Is there a way to Sycronize 2 users calendar with out a thrid party
software?

Default Canendar Syncing

BTW you can do it, with some effort on the part of both users and most
people decide a 3rd party tool is better. You can send each other the
calendar and merge them. But you need to do it frequently and can end up
with duplicates.

if both computers use the same mailbox, yes. if not, you can share calendars
or use public folders.
