can't see appointments

Boss shared his calendar with his A.E. The A.E. makes meetings appointments
on Bosses calendar but the boss can't see the appointments. A.E. is a
delagate and has editor permissions.

Is Boss's Outlook offline? Or not synchronising Calendar folder?
