private appontment on a shared calendar question
I have created a user in a windows domain that is intended to be used as a
'shared calendar'. I have modified the outlook appointment form to include the shared calendar as a resource and to accept all appointments. When users send normal appointments to this shared calendar, everything works fine. Outlook 2007/ Exchange 2003 Problem Scenario: user1 sends private appt to 'shared calendar'. user2 is has 'shared calendar' opened in Outlook 'Peoples Calendars'. In user2's view of 'shared calendar', appt shows up as 'private appointment' without user1's name. I cant tell that user1 sent the private appt. Thanks for any help |
