Observance of Holidays

Is there a way to set Outlook to add an observance of a holiday, such as July
4th, if it falls on a weekend? I know that many paper calendars do this.

Also, is there a way to bulk edit holidays to show time as Out Of Office?
This would be very helpful when using the Free/Busy information on the
calendar.

Thanks,

Observance of Holidays

Not sure what you mean by observing it on weekends - if you mean, moving it
to Monday, no. You have to do that yourself.

On the second question - use a group by view where the show time field is
the field grouped by then drag and drop between the oof, bust, free or
tentetive groups.
