If I schedule a 1:1 and the attendee declines, how do I delete from my
calendar without having to cancel meeting and SEND update? which would notify the attendee that declined needlessly. |

In outlook 07, that option is not available. You can only cancel and send
cancellaion, or NOT CANCEL "Brian Tillman" wrote: w.a.s. wrote: If I schedule a 1:1 and the attendee declines, how do I delete from my calendar without having to cancel meeting and SEND update? which would notify the attendee that declined needlessly. That is the same problem I have if I need to remove one attendees who never
accepted the original recurring meetings and now wants it on their calendar or if they accidentally deleted it off their calendar. I have to REMOVE them - send a notice to them that they are being deleted, and then re-add them. In v2003 you got a prompt if you removed someone to either send then save, or just save. Now you can't! "w.a.s." wrote: In outlook 07, that option is not available.
